The PHPP is an easy to use planning tool for energy efficiency for the use of architects and planning experts. The reliability of the calculation results and ease of use of this planning tool has already been experienced by several thousand users.

The project is part of the 2014-2015 Programme of Energy Renovation of Public Sector Buildings, adopted by the Croatian Government in 2013. This Programme has generated 57 public procurement procedures for the provision of EPC, 21 signed contracts for 68 buildings (total floor area: 225.000 m2 ), and € 125 million of total investment, for 70 million kWh of expected energy savings.

Being heavily involved in passive constructions, we wanted to create a thoughtful and sustainable building. We equipped our control house with a complete EnOcean wireless home automation system. This innovative technology works without any battery or wiring. The energy recovered during the manipulation is enough to emit a radio signal, which makes it possible, for example, to turn on the light.
