Initial situation:  Monolithics walls, flat roof, wooden windows with double glass.The building was constructed in 1986.  Although the building was relatiely new it suffered from various problem:  the exterior walls of the building leaked under lateral rainfall.  An energy audit was done and read as follows: wall cracks causing leaks and blow-though, non-thickened ceramsit-concrete points in walls allowing water permeability.

Apartment building in VilniusInitial situation:  Building constructed in 1966.  There were numerous problems:  the roof was in poor shape, leakage from ceilings of top floors, humidity from the permeable seams of external side-walls despite patching annually, the functioning of old boiler houses was inefficient,  funding accumulated by the homeowners for the operation and renovation of the house was insufficient for bigger investments, support from other sources was required.
