The 8th ECTP Conference took place at the Centre for Fine Arts in Brussels on November 13-14, 2018 (cf. the conference programme).
More than 170 stakeholders from the whole construction value-chain and representatives of the European Commission (see list here) shared their experience and discussed how the EU construction industry is shaping a high-tech Sustainable Built Environment.

The 7th edition of the EeB PPP Project Review has been published. This yearly publication presents the progress of a portfolio of 168 European research projects aiming at developing new technologies for energy efficient buildings. 110 projects are co-funded within the EeB PPP under the 7th Framework Programme (FP7) from 2010 to 2013 and 58 projects are co-funded under the Horizon 2020 programme between 2014 and 2017.

In the context of the European Bioeconomy Congress 2017, which took place on 20-21 November in Lodz, Poland, a Letter of Intent was signed between the Polish Regions Lubelskie, Lodzkie, Małopolskie, Opolskie, Pomorskie, Świętokrzyskie and the European Construction Technology Platform (ECTP) in order to develop energetically positive, sustainable and citizens-friendly cities.

On 26 April 2017, the European Construction, built environment and energy efficient building Technology Platform (ECTP) announced that the ECTP-Energy Efficient Buildings YouTube channel has been renewed.
In the first playlist, you can find the presentations of all EeB PPP Projects with refurbished and new videos for both the FP7 and Horizon 2020 calls. Through these videos, each project is able to demonstrate its technologies, goals and objectives.
