In November 2015, the French consumer association UFC-Que Choisir conducted a survey after visiting 1246 real estate agencies all over the country. Results showed that 65% of the visited agencies systematically display the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) results for dwellings - for rent or sale- in their shop window, 26% do not systematically display it and the remaining 9% do not display it at all. The same values reported in March 2011 were 72%, 18% and 10% respectively.
