A LIFE-line for 144 innovative projects investing for a better environment and climate action.     In November 2016, the European Commission has approved an investment package of €222.7 million from the EU budget to support Europe's transition to a more sustainable and low-carbon future. The EU funding will spur additional investments leading to a total of €398.6 million to be invested into 144 new projects in 23 Member States.

This report has been developed with two independent investigations: a survey market analysis among real estate agents  an assessment of a regression study on EPC price surpluses   Therefore, conclusions have been made in these two areas. First area: the results of the real estate agent`s survey provides significant recommendations on how to increase the impact of EPCs on property values and how to overcome obstacles in the wider use of EPCs across the EU.
