The Building Efficiency Accelerator (BEA) is a public-private collaboration with 29 local and subnational governments accelerating the pace and ambition of building efficiency policies and projects. At this event, which will take place on 10 November 2017 (16:30-18:00) in Bonn, Germany, within the framework of the UNFCCC COP 23, BEA partner cities will share their accomplishments and lessons learned as they prioritize potential building efficiency actions and work towards successful implementation.

Cities that join the Building Efficiency Accelerator commit to implement three building efficiency actions: a demonstration project, a policy, and a method to track progress. At the event, attendees will hear from several BEA partner cities about the actions they are taking and the progress they have made in collaboration with local public and private sector stakeholders and global building efficiency experts.
