-> "In view of the worldwide health emergency linked to COVID-19, the next edition of the International Conference of Energy and Cities (ICEC2020) hosted by the University of Southampton and scheduled for 1 – 3 July 2020, is postponed.
We aim to hold the next ICEC at a time and place which will be conducive to allow interactions and participation face to face in a healthy and supportive environment. The management team will make every effort to make this edition of ICEC happen as soon as feasible".
Building on the success of last year’s conference, this event will present recent research and development and debate the key issues related to resources and their consumption in cities. The event will provide networking opportunities with local authorities as well as leading academics, practitioners and stakeholders.

- Smart cities and data state of the art in smart cities and data analytics, understanding of the impact of artificial intelligence on the smartness of cities;

- Energy, behaviour and wellbeing the role of perception and behaviour in the design and evaluation of healthy indoor and outdoor environments.
