DIRECTION is a four-year EU-funded project aiming to demonstrate how the use of very innovative and cost-effective energy efficiency technologies can lead to the achievement of very low energy new buildings. As the project now comes to an end, the deep understanding of building performance  generated by it is now available to designers, owners, constructors, local authorities and all interested parties.

As the project comes to an end, the Best Practices Book aims to offer the experience gained in the energy efficiency domain and encourage others to capitalise on it.
