The Polish Green Building Council (PLGBC) and the Polish Association of Developers (PZFD) signed a cooperation agreement to promote the first Polish Green Certification for residential buildings, Zielony Dom, developed by PLGBC within the SMARTER Finance for Families project.

The building has been nominated for the BREEAM Energy award 2020 and it is a very ambitious construction in the city centre of Warsaw. The location was originally occupied by a block of flats of 10 floors built in 1960, that was demolished in 2017, in order to enable the construction of the new complex, more in line with the new needs of the Warsaw’s office market.
