Local/national networks on built environment invited to join the Built4People Innovation Cluster network

ECTP and WGBC, the private partners of the Built4People partnership from Horizon Europe, are initiating a network of clusters related to the built environment, that have common ambitions to increase their interdisciplinarity, their multi-sectoral coverage, and their European outreach.
The first call for applications is now open to all local or national networks/hubs that are interested in joining this new network.

ECTP and WGBC, the private partners of the Built4People partnership, are initiating a network of clusters related to the built environment, that have common ambitions to increase their interdisciplinarity, their multi-sectoral coverage, and their European outreach.

A B4P Innovation Cluster (B4PIC) is a group of innovation-driven stakeholders, such as local/regional clusters, networks or hubs, that ambition to increase their coverage (geographical, cross-sectoral,  multidisciplinary), and the sustainability of their innovations in the Built Environment sector.

B4P Innovation Clusters can benefit from support services including:

  • Guidance to increase the clusters’ coverage on the above-mentioned dimensions, with the elaboration of a maturity roadmap
  • Dedicated channels and events to network and share experience, knowledge and resources about R&D on the built environment, and about the New European Bauhaus,
  • Specific support about partnership and funding opportunities at national and European levels.

Are you interested in becoming a B4P Innovation Cluster? You are then invited to apply to  the first call for Expression of Interest!

This first call is open until end of December 2023 (other will follow in 2024).

The B4PIC team will review all applications in January 2024: should your cluster meet the B4PIC criteria, a maturity roadmap will be jointly elaborated to define how your organisation can improve its coverage (geographical, multi-sectoral, cross-disciplinary) and access to test beds.

Once the B4PIC Charter is signed, your network and members will start benefiting from the services described above.
