The survey "Getting ready for the building Renovation Wave" aims to highlight barriers and obstacles in the implementation of the new Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) in accordance with the revised directive. In fact, EPCs can be an effective tool to identify which buildings should be renovated and what measures should be implemented. However, in order to make them more effective, more reliable data, better calculation, and simulation tools should be provided.

The survey is a 10-minute questionnaire and it has been developed by the EU-funded TIMEPAC project which is focused on enhancing the energy certification process and develope new standards in accordance with the new EPBD.
