In early May 2015, European Commissioner for Climate Action and Energy, Miguel Arias Cañete, and the Moroccan Minister for Energy, Abdelkader Amara, unveiled three new Euro-Mediterranean platforms on gas, the regional electricity market, and renewables and energy efficiency.
