Very low energy buildings

The building was built in 2018 and it hosts 1300 students in food and body-care professions. The floors develop a useful surface around 9,000 m² distributed in two wings flanking a central courtyard:   On the street side, the reception wing, of general and scientific education: The construction integrates the soft natural environmental technologies of the site with the will to be applied pedagogical support and lived of the sobriety for the energy transition.

After acquiring 2 hectares of parcels that were formerly composed of scrap yards, the L'OREAL Group's Research & Innovation site has built (2018) its new research laboratory, the L6, with a twofold objective: environmental excellence and employee well-being.   Chemists, biochemists or biomechanics will join this new building of 5,000 m² spread over three levels.
