Detrazione fiscale per ristrutturazioni edilizie   The tax deduction mechanism is a voluntary mechanism which offers the possibility of deducting from income tax (i.e. 55%) of the costs incurred for the energy efficiency upgrading of existing buildings. The deductions must be spread over 10 years.   The deduction is permitted for resident and non-resident taxpayers, even if corporate revenue holders, who are in possession, for any reason, of the building subject of intervention. Energy (usually electricity, or gas) is needed to circulate the transfer fluid and to operate pumps and fans.
