The Improvement Energy Efficiency of Latvian Buildings - results of the ECOLISH Project

ECOLISH (Energy exploitation and performance contracting for low income and social housing) is a European project which aims to promote energy efficiency in low income and social housing). A european pilot model for energy exploitation and performance contracting is organized, elaborated on and evaluated in four locations : Netherlands, Latvia, Greece and Hungary. This article gives an outlook to the gained experience in the improvement of energy efficiency of buildings in one of the ECOLISH pilot locations, the town of Ogre in Latvia.
