The deadline to obtain technical passports of buildings is to be extended by two years, as stated in a draft amendment of Regulation №5 from 2006 published on the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works website.  Other Deadlines Buildings in the 3rd category which includes residential and mixed use buildings higher than 5 floors is extended to 31 December 2014.

The objective of this demonstration project is to design, integrate and pilot an innovative solution for social housing, using mature and interactive ICT, to enable sustained reductions of energy and water consumption of at least 15% below the current practice, without compromising living conditions, across 300 social dwellings in 10 European countries, with latitudes ranging from 56oN to 38oN.  For more information on the project please click here.
