The Osram Building was originally built in 1953 as an office and warehouse for A/S Dansk Osram, i.e. a lightbulb manufacturer. The building was the first prefabricated building in Copenhagen, and it was built in shock concrete or shavings, as it is also called. The construction method was developed in Holland, and in involves includes powerfully shaking the concrete. The elements hereby get a very close and uniform structure.

VISTA is located in the Luciline-Rives de Seine eco-district, the only French project on the prestigious European label Future Cities dedicated to urban planning programs designed to better prevent and combat the effects of climate change. This commercial and housing complex completes the built front along the Seine, in a developing area. This new office built in 2017 consists in the realization of 4,600 m² of offices for the Matmut Group and 45 social housing units.

The 3-storey detached house was completed in 2019 and was built as a mixed construction (solid / wood).    The basis for the planning is an energy-efficient and ecological construction, which ensures a sustainable lifestyle with low energy consumption and associated minimum energy costs.    The heating of the object takes place via an air heat pump. The installation of a comfort ventilation ensures fresh, healthy air.

After careful consideration by the Steering Committee and from input by authors, ASHRAE and AIVC have decided to postpone the conference, which was initially scheduled for September 14-16, 2020 in Athens, Greece.   The IAQ 2020 conference is being postponed by one year to September 13-15, 2021 as a face-to-face conference in Athens, Greece.

This is the first block of housing certified in Spain built in 2017 under the Passivhaus standard, and therefore has a demand for heating below 15kWh / m2a, and a heating load of 10W / m2.   This implies that a floor of 75m2 will have a heating load of only 750W, so with a hair dryer there would be enough to heat two houses.   To achieve this the following principles have been applied:
