In the center of the "Poblenou" neighborhood of Barcelona, the "Koh" restaurant has been renovated, following the EnerPhit / Passivhaus protocol. "Koh" means "island" in Thai, and thus reflects the idea of the owner, of creating a quality site in different aspects: quality of the food, quality of the interior design and quality of the interior environment.

They look like ordinary windows but they're not. Inside each pane, there is a continuous flow of distilled water and glycol. The windows have been designed by researchers and architects working to create the energy-efficient buildings of tomorrow. The technology is being tested at an experimental pavilion in Sofia.

Reaching a height of 160 meters, the Paris Court covers an area of approximately 110,000 m² and accommodates up to 8,800 people per day.
The large rectangular atrium develops over the entire height of the base, up to 28 meters. This space is completed by two smaller atriums to the south and north, connected to the ground floor by a large longitudinal corridor through the entire base, from north to south, for 160 meters.

The Renovate Europe Campaign celebrated its annual REDay beacon event on the 8th of October 2019 in the European Parliament. Gathering building sector stakeholders, experts and policymakers this ninth edition was hosted by MEP Pernille Weiss (EPP, Denmark) and co-hosted by MEP Ciarán Cuffe (Greens, Ireland) and MEP Theresa Griffin (S&D, United Kingdom). The Rainhof is one of the most precious rural buildings of the Gsiesertal valley (IT), at 1.500 m above sea level. Built with solid stone masonry walls and the vernacular “Blockbau” (solid wood) construction, the building presents many traditional features, such as windows with deep reveals, decorated painted frames around the windows, and vaulted ceilings. The project was awarded the 1st prize at the Bauern(h)auszeichnung - ITAS-Preis 2016 for the best renovation of a farmhouse in Südtirol.
